Take a seat at the tasting table and explore the world between “basic roe” and “true luxe.” Caviar Curious highlights the elegant middle tier of caviars, celebrated by chefs, favored by food lovers, and perfect for building taste confidence.
We’ll taste each caviar neat, then with a curated pairing pour, and finally with classic and playful accompaniments that unlock texture, umami, and buttery nuances.
Guests will enjoy endless truffle fries, take home their own mother-of-pearl spoon, and leave with a new understanding of how to buy, serve, and savor premium caviar.
