CAVIAR SERIES: Bubbles & Brine- Friday, March 20th @ 6:30PM
This tasting is a sparkling exploration of three luxe caviars paired with bubbles and champagne. This experience highlights the higher end of the caviar spectrum, offering guests a refined tasting with all the elegance and surprising pairings we have to offer.
We’ll taste each caviar neat, then with a curated pairing pour, and finally with classic and playful accompaniments that unlock texture, umami, and buttery nuances.
Guests will enjoy endless truffle fries, take home their own mother-of-pearl spoon, and leave with a new understanding of how to buy, serve, and savor premium caviar.

CAVIAR SERIES: Caviar 101- TIME & DATE TBD [April 2026]
Caviar 101 is your guided introduction to the wide (and often misunderstood) world of caviar. This tasting walks guests across the full spectrum, from beginner-friendly roe to intermediate sturgeon varieties and finally to the luxurious Osetra tier.
We’ll explore differences in species, salinity, texture, color, origin, and why certain caviars command a higher price point.
What We’re Tasting:
Guests will taste six starred caviars from our Caviar Landscape, spanning:
• Salmon Roe (beginner)
• Hackleback Sturgeon (beginner+)
• Paddlefish (intermediate)
• Royal Siberian Sturgeon (intermediate)
• Kaluga Hybrid (luxe-leaning)
• Classic Osetra (traditional luxury)
